Is your Domestic Energy Assessment being carried out correctly?

So as a selling home owner or a landlord you will have come across the need to have an Energy Performance Certificate and had a domestic energy assessment carried out. This involves a visual inspection on the property and generates a report based on the data collected on site by the domestic energy assessor (DEA).

Ecobuild at Earls Court - Review

What an event! I spent two days at Ecobuild Earls Court 3rd and 4th March 2009 and it was close to information overload! There was a lot to see that was really applicable and interesting to any domestic energy assessor (DEA) now and for sure in the future. There were also such things that are not part of the energy assessment at the moment – but may well be in a few years!
